چکیده
Corn steep water (CSW) is a secondary stream obtained from corn wet-milling industry that constitutes source of cost-competitive biocompounds. Among them, biosurfactants are one the most interesting due to important industrial applications and several advantages over commonly used chemical surfactants, such as lower toxicity, higher biodegradability better environmental compatibility (De et al., 2015). The aim this work study recovery CSW by sequential filtration liquid-solid extraction with an adsorbent resin Macronet MN100 (Purolite). effect pH (3, 5 7) well amount (0.5, 1 2 g) in biosurfactant were evaluated. For that, 10 mL at 50 g/L filtered removed solids put contact different amounts (pre-conditioned M HCl washed up during 24 h continuous rotatory agitation (70 rpm) room temperature. After period, phases separated, liquid fraction was analyzed surface tension measurements using Krüss K20 EasyDyne tensiometer 1.9 cm platinum Wilhelmy plate (Germany). resin, loaded biosurfactants, desorbed extractants: hot water, ethyl acetate methanol 5% NH3. Results showed significant increase values (from initial 54 65–72 mN/m), which means could entrap surface-active compounds CSW. Under conditions assayed, highest intermediate (1 close neutrality (5). Moreover, solution MeOH NH3 provided best results for desorption. In conclusion, integration resins, be strategy recover purify

Purification of inkjet ink from water using liquid phase, electric discharge polymerization and cellulosic membrane filtration.
A method to separate inkjet ink from water was developed using a liquid phase, electric discharge process. The liquid phase, electric discharge process with filtration or sedimentation was shown to remove 97% of inkjet ink from solutions containing between 0.1-0.8 g/L and was consistent over a range of treatment conditions. Additionally, particle size analysis of treated allyl alcohol and treat...
متن کاملsimulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
Removal of Natural Organic Matter (NOM), Turbidity, and Color of surface water by integration of enhanced coagulation process and direct filtration
This work assesses the efficiency of integrated enhanced coagulation and direct filtration processes for the removal of color, turbidity, and natural organic matter (NOM) from surface water. The processes were conducted in a simulated pilot. The operating conditions of the treatment process, including pH, FeCl3 dose, and influent flow, were investigated. Following that, its efficienc...
متن کاملIntegration of the Decisions Associated with Maintenance Management and Process Control for a Series Production System
This paper studies a series production system through the integration of the decisions associated with Maintenance Management (MM) and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Hence, the primary question of the paper can be stated as follows: In a series production system, how can the decisions of MM and SPC be coordinated? To this end, an integrated mathematical model of MM and SPC is developed. Usi...
